    Dr. Michael Kelly has a very charming way of speaking on the phone, but his charm is misleading. As a psychiatrist doing geriatric psychiatric assessments on the phone, he admittedly does no followup care. Rather than make his own assessment from his own observations, he leans heavily on information he collects from the family doctor and best critic, one's angry spouse, and summarizes the comments, peppered with ominous psychiatric labels and predictions based on dubious evidence. He is a pill pusher who offers no counselling with the pills. Perhaps his assessment of me was coloured by my telling him psychiatry is not an exact science. No doubt he makes a pile of money for each assessment he dashes off with no responsibility or care for the "patient". He must have missed out on the ceremony in which he swore the Hippocratic oath, including Primum Non Nocere, First, do no harm. Run from this "doctor", for your mental health!

    Dr. Kelly has all the characteristics of an excellent psychiatrist. I really like his attitude in treating patients .
