Absolutely terrible excuse for a Doctor's office. I have been on the wait list over 6 months. I finally get a call to book and they said I can't bring my newborn with me. I just moved here and have no one to watch him. But if the appointment was for him then it would be ok for me to come with him. I called 4 ENT doctors in Kelowna and Vancouver who all agreed that is completely not necessary. I'm happily waiting another 6 months and driving 5 hours for a real doctor who actually believes in helping people and not using Covid as an excuse to be a joke of a clinic. Ps I was able to provide a current negative covid test for both my son and myself.
