I had a constant high level of pain in my early 40s because of an accident in my youth years. I had a lower back surgery three years ago that went very well - thank you Dr. Paquette! I had physio but Dr. Paquette recommended to do some regular daily exercise. I'm swimming every day and I'm feeling great! Also simple walking is a very helpful exercise to be in shape. If I'm not doing any activity the discomfort and moderate pain is coming so I'm forced to do daily exercise, and I'm feeling really great! Thank you, Dr. Paquette for the successful surgery and helpful advice!
