Referred to Dr. Lo after ear infection/flush with GP. Dr. Lo informed my ears were clear and my hearing was very good (for a 79 year old) after being tested at her office and I didn't have high blood pressure. She told me to find something for my itching ears in the pharmacy myself and take Tylenol if I have any pain in my ear (up to 4 pills a day) and she can't see me every week. No worries, I never hope to see her again! SO rude, unprofessional and not helpful. She ended the appointment by telling me she had had a heart attack?! I told her I was sorry to hear that and left WITH high blood pressure she caused me! Peeved . . . .
